By accessing and using the Energy Healing by Patty website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.

SERVICES DISCLAIMER

Energy Healing by Patty offers energy-based healing services intended to complement, not replace, medical or psychological treatment. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult with a licensed healthcare provider for any medical concerns.

Clients are solely responsible for their own health decisions and outcomes. Patty does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or interfere with medical treatments. The effects of healing sessions vary by individual and are not guaranteed.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments must be booked in advance. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may be subject to a cancellation fee or result in forfeiture of the session.

No-shows are non-refundable.

PAYMENTS

Payment is due at the time of booking or at the start of your session. We accept payments online or in-person via cash, credit, or other agreed-upon methods. Package rates and promotional pricing must be paid in full to receive discounts.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once services have been rendered.

GIFT CERTIFICATES & PACKAGES

Gift certificates and packages must be used within the expiration period noted at the time of purchase. Sessions are non-transferable unless explicitly approved in writing. Lost or expired certificates will not be honored.

INTAKE & CONSENT

All clients must complete an intake form prior to their first session. Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present for the initial session and must provide signed consent forms.

By receiving a session, you consent to energy healing services and acknowledge your understanding of their purpose and limits.

CLIENT CONDUCT

Clients are expected to treat Patty and her team with respect and courtesy. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time due to inappropriate behavior, boundary violations, or safety concerns.

RESULTS DISCLAIMER

While many clients experience positive changes, results are not guaranteed. Healing is a personal and individual process, and each person responds differently. Sessions are provided in good faith, and your openness, intentions, and efforts play a key role in the outcome.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, and materials—is the property of Energy Healing by Patty and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Energy Healing by Patty is not liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use or misuse of our services or website. By booking a session, you agree to hold harmless Patty and her affiliates from any liability related to your experience.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
